He was born in an obscure village He worked in a carpentary shop until He was thirty He then became an itinerant preacher He never held an office He never had a family or owned a house He didn't go to college He had no credentials but himself He died contrary to the laws of death He arose contrary to the laws of the grave He ascended back to heaven contrary to the laws of gravitation Nineteen centuries have come and gone He is the central figure of the human race He is coming back on earth contrary to the desires of Satan and sinners The armies that ever marched The navies that ever sailed The parliaments that ever sat The kings that ever reigned have not affected the life of man on this earth as much as that One Solitary Life In him we have A love that can never be fathomed A life that can never die A peace that can never be understood A rest that never be disturbed A joy that can never be dimished A hope that can never be disappointed A glory that can never be clouded A light that can never be darkened A spiritual source that can never be exhausted O what a wonderful Messiah His name is Jesus |
