The Bible is the Word of God. It is also known as the Holy Scriptures. It is the collection of writings by Holy men of God as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. It was God who inspired these men to write the Bible.
The Bible is a manual attached to the world by God Almighty, the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that is it. It is just like a manual of a computer given by the manufacturer. In the same way that the manufacturer looked for the appropriate people to write and print the manual, so also did God used the appropriate men to write the Bible. The manual of the computer is supposed to guide the user on how to operate it effectively. The Bible was also made to guide man on how to live on earth. In these sense, we have to look at the Bible the same way as we look the manual of te computer.
So it is written that"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be thoroughly furnished unto all good works." (1 Timothy 3:16,17)
It is also written that "Eye has not seen, nor hear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit seaches all things, yea the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so things of God knows no man but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritaul things to spiritual." (I Corinthians 2:9-13)
